13th June 2023: Eric wins TPO

Eric MacLennan secured a Tree Preservation Order (TPO) for the trees at the site, which was made permanent in December in quite a dramatic victory. 

 A Tree Preservation Order in Scotland is a legal tool used by local authorities to protect specific trees, groups of trees, or woodlands that offer significant public amenity or ecological value.
